Caroline Jackson - MA French and Spanish - PGCE - HML (Hill and Moorland Leader)

I am a trained French and Spanish teacher with 13 years’ experience at Bradford Grammar School and at Rossett school in Harrogate. I have taught both languages to primary and secondary school students of low and very high ability and I have successfully taught French and Spanish to A level.

I completed my French and Spanish degree at Edinburgh University in 2000 and, before becoming a teacher, I worked in exhibitions and conferences and events in central London before taking a position in Brussels in recruitment using my fluent French.

I have been involved with the Duke of Edinburgh Award for years and set up new routes and training programmes for Bronze, Silver and Gold participants. I am first aid trained and I achieved my Hill and Moorland leader award in April 2018.
